We ship to Netherlands and Germany. Delivery times are typically 2-3 business days within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over €50 within the Netherlands.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

All LuxPet products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
